St. St. Constantine and Helena Resort is the oldest Bulgarian Black Sea resort. Only 8 km north of Varna, it offers excellent opportunities to relax in the peace and quiet of the woods, which are abundant in coniferous and deciduous trees: oak, elm, fir, cedar and cypress. 

The small bays with excellent sand are ideal for a beach outing, underwater sports and fishing. In the evening, you may taste specialties from the Bulgarian cuisine and delight in the folklore program at a number of open-air restaurants. The hotels are not located too close to each other, which will make your vacation calm and pleasant.

Climate

The climate of St. St. Constantine and Helena is continental Mediterranean and is relatively mild and pleasant. You can get the most sunshine in July (331 hours) and August (313 hours). From May to October, air temperature varies between +18°C and +31°C.

Sea water temperature from May to October is 18°C to 26°C. Breeze is the usual wind. The climate as act as a huge natural inhaler and is suitable for balneotherapy. It is characterised by high air humidity and presence of iodine vapours. Autumn comes late and is warm due to the slower cooling of the warmed-up sea water.
